The operator uses an endoscopic camera to check the filter for mechanical damage. If it detects melting, cracks in the ceramic insert or other visible mechanical traces interfering with the DPF filter, its regeneration will not be possible. The regeneration process takes place in a closed chamber, equipped with filters that prevent harmful contaminants from escaping into the room where the machine is located. The water and liquid circulates in a closed circuit and is filtered during the entire process, which significantly extends the life of the bath. DPF DUO Premium cleans filters using water, chemicals and air. A properly selected, computer-controlled sequence of feeding water with a chemical agent and air, combined with impulses generated by compressed air, ensure high regeneration efficiency.
After the cleaning process is completed, an additional device dries the filter with air at a temperature of 90oC, which ensures complete evaporation of the cleaning solution. After drying is completed, the machine performs a final measurement of the back pressure. Such a measurement can also be performed before cleaning, which will enable subsequent comparison of backpressure values before and after cleaning. The device is equipped with a printer that allows you to print a measurement report.
The filter washing time for passenger cars or delivery vehicles is 20-40 minutes, which allows the regeneration of up to a dozen filters within 8 hours. High efficiency combined with low operating costs guarantee a quick return on purchase costs.
